Our Experience
Henry Lee was a recipient of the MOH Health-Science Scholarship in 2009, and graduated with First Class Honours in Podiatry from the University of Southampton (UK), concurrently receiving the Global Graduate Award.
Under the supervision of the renowned Dr. Ivan Bristow and Dr. Cathy Bowen, he underwent podiatric and surgical placements at London, Sheffield, Southampton, Isle of Wight, and Guildford National Health Service (NHS) Trusts.
In 2012, he was the winner of the annual UK Podiatry Award by CosyFeet.
The same year, he read Economics of Public Policy, Psychology, and Renaissance Engineering at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge (UK) under the ISS program.
Since returning to Singapore in 2012, Henry has worked at various hospitals (National University Hospital (NUH), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Yishun Community Hospital) and polyclinics, where he received multiple awards for patient service excellence.
Henry had been invited to present his research at more than 40 meetings and publications, both locally and internationally. These included Journal of Foot & Ankle Research, Podiatry Review, Royal College of Podiatry Conference (UK), Endocrine & Metabolic Symposiums (Singapore), and Sports Medicine Training Program for Sports Physicians (Singapore).
He was a pioneer of podiatric management for rheumatological conditions in Singapore.
As an advocate for continuing professional education, he has pursued post-graduate learning in hospitals in Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, and Singapore.
He is accredited and continues to consult with Farrer Park Hospital and NUH.
